For 19 years she has supported executives in strategic and leadership positions from major corporations in Maranhão, Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo and São Paulo; some of them are CEMAR (Companhia Energética do Maranhão), Equatorial Energia, Wine.com.br, Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Microsoft. Currently, she is the founder of ARM Remote Executive Advisory. At Winext, she is responsible for planning, back office and business financial management. In her spare time, she enjoys staying with her family, literature and the wine world.
A professional hotelier and passionate cook, Fernando Perazza is a sommelier experienced in supervision of drinks and food at Hilton and L'Hotel PortoBay. He is a cofounder of one of the most innovative wine bars in São Paulo, the Ovo e Uva. In 2011, he traveled to the South of Brazil to devise a wine list with 100 Brazilian labels for the bar and restaurant Canvas. His project won the Award of Exellence 2012 in the Wine List Awards promoted by the American magazine Wine Spectator. At Winext, he is the brand ambassador of Chilean winery Bouchon Family Wines.
General Editor of Jornal 140 and founder of Art Presse and 140 Online, Ricardo Braga is a communication entrepreneur, a journalist, and an enthusiast of the digital world. He had a fundamental participation in the launching of broadband internet in Brazil in 1999. In partnership with Winext, he is the head of Digital Marketing and Public Relations for the account of Wines of Chile (an association that represents chilean wine makers).
A journalist experienced in content marketing and project management, Rodrigo Hora is passionate about the world of wines and gastronomy. While doing his masters in international studies at the University of Oxford, he had the opportunity to live four years in Europe, travelling to more than 15 countries and immersing himself in the wine culture. At Winext, he is responsible for the management of Content and Marketing, including the account of Wines of Chile (an association that represents chilean wine makers) for Brazil in the areas of digital marketing, events and wine education programs. A traveler in his spare time, he enjoys the company of good friends, good food, good books and, of course, good wines.
Fascinated by the wine business, Rodrigo Lanari has over 10 years of experience in managing leading brands in its segments. He has worked for major Brazilian importers (Expand, Wine.com.br, Aurora/Inovini) before he founded Winext, a consulting firm specialized in wine brand strategy for the Brazilian market. Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, with a specialization in foreign trade at the Business School of Vienna, a Wine-MBA at Bordeaux Management School, and WSET level III. He teaches wine marketing and business courses at GV-PEC, ABS-SP and Senac-SP. A traveller for profession and passion, during his free time he enjoys cycling, and listening to jazz with a glass of wine.
